International Finance to sell $1 billion of two-year floaters

Knoxville, Tenn., June 21 – International Finance Corp. intends to price $1 billion of floating-rate notes due June 2023 in an over-the-counter offering, according to a market announcement.

TD Securities (USA) LLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the stabilization managers.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
