New Issue: International Finance sells $2 billion 0.375% notes due 2025 at mid-swaps plus 10 bps

Tupelo, Miss., July 9 – International Finance Corp. (Aaa/AAA) priced a $2 billion offering of 0.375% five-year global notes on Thursday at mid-swaps plus 10 basis points, or a Treasuries plus 13 bps spread, according to a market source.

Initial price talk was in the mid-swaps plus 14 bps area.

BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the bookrunners.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
