Philippines’ International Container eyes senior perpetual securities

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 5 – International Container Terminal Services Inc. subsidiary Royal Capital BV plans to issue senior perpetual securities, according to a Philippine Stock Exchange notice. The securities will be guaranteed by International Container.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank are joint lead managers for the Regulation S offering.

Pricing is expected in the coming weeks, subject to market conditions, the company said.

International Container is a Manila-based port operator.
