Chicago, Aug. 15 - International Container Terminal Services, Inc. said its board of directors approved increasing the size of its subsidiary ICTSI Treasury BV's medium-term note program, according to a 17-C filing with the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company may now issue up to $1 billion of notes, increased from $750 million.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd. are the dealers, the filing noted.

Under the program, ICTSI Treasury may issue notes in one or more series in dollars or other currencies, as announced on Jan. 9, 2013.

International Container is a Manila, Philippines-based port operator.
