New Issue: Philippines' ICTSI prices $100 million more 4 5/8% notes due 2023 to yield 4.46%

Atlanta, Jan. 28 - Philippines-based International Container Terminal Services Inc. priced a $100 million increase of its 4 5/8% notes due Jan. 16, 2023 at 101.23 to yield 4.46%, a market source said.

UBS was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.

The original $300 million issue priced earlier this month at 99.014 to yield 4¾%.

ICTSI is a Manila, Philippines-based port operator.
