New Issue: International Container Terminal sells $300 million 4 5/8% 10-year notes to yield 4¾%

Atlanta, Jan. 10 - Philippines-based International Container Terminal Services Inc. subsidiary ICTSI Treasury BV priced a $300 million issue of 4 5/8% notes due Jan. 16, 2023 at 99.014 to yield 4¾%, a market source said.

HSBC and UBS were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The notes are part of a medium-term note program of up to $750 million.

International Container is a Manila, Philippines-based port operator.
