Madison, Wis., Jan. 9 - International Container Terminal Services, Inc.'s subsidiary, ICTSI Treasury BV, has established an up to $750 million medium-term note program, according to a 17-C filing with the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission.

Under the program, ICTSI Treasury may issue notes in one or more series in dollars or other currencies.

International Container's board of directors has already approved the issuance of the first tranche of notes. The terms will be set in the coming days, the filing said.
