Philippines' International Container Terminal mandates bookrunners

Atlanta, April 25 - Philippines-based International Container Terminal Services has mandated Citigroup and HSBC as bookrunners for a dollar-denominated issue of perpetual notes, a market source said.

The Regulation S notes will be marketed during a roadshow starting April 26.

Proceeds will be used for acquisitions and new projects.

International Container Terminal Services is a port management company based in Manila.
