International Container to sell new notes to fund tender offer
Chicago, Nov. 8 – Philippines’ International Container Terminal Services, Inc. is selling new dollar-denominated fixed-rate guaranteed notes to fund an any-and-all tender offer for two series of notes, according to a notice.
Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and HSBC Ltd. are the joint lead managers.
The notes are expected to price before Nov. 16.
International Container is a Manila-based port operator.
