International Consolidated Airlines to redeem remaining €52.8 million 0.25% convertibles due 2020

New York, July 26 – International Consolidated Airlines Group SA announced that it will redeem the remaining €52.8 million outstanding of its 0.25% convertible bonds due Nov. 17, 2020.

The company redeemed the initial 89.44% of the €500 million issue following an announcement of early redemption last month.

Pursuant to the initial announcement, holders will receive €100,200 in cash per €100,000 of bonds, plus accrued interest from and including May 17 to but excluding the date of the repurchase of notes.

London-based International Consolidated Airlines is the holding company of British Airways, Iberia and Vueling.
