Moody's gives International Consolidated notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 rating to the planned senior unsecured notes of €1 billion to be sold by International Consolidated Airlines Group, SA.

The company's ratings are unchanged, including its Ba2 corporate family rating, its Ba2-PD probability of default rating and its B1 rating senior unsecured rating.

International Consolidated plans to sell the notes in tranches of €500 million series A bonds due 2023 and €500 million series B bonds due 2027.

The outlook remains negative.
