International Commercial Bank of China board approves issue of NT$12 billion of bonds

New York, Jan. 11 - Mega Financial Holdings informed the Taiwan Stock Exchange that The International Commercial Bank of China's board of directors has approved an NT$12 billion issue of bonds.

The bonds will be issued at par.

The interest rate and issue period are to be determined.

Proceeds will go towards lending and investments.

The Taipei, Taiwan-based bank is a unit of Mega Financial Holding.
