IBM to sell notes through five bookrunners to fund corporate purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 24 – International Business Machines Corp. is planning to price an offering of notes, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The information technology and computer company is based in Armonk, N.Y.
