International Business Machines planning to price senior notes

New York, Feb. 16 – International Business Machines Corp. is planning to price an offering of senior notes, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Barclays, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The information technology and computer company is based in Armonk, N.Y.
