IBM talks benchmark seven-year notes at 105 bps-110 bps over Treasuries; pricing Wednesday

Virginia Beach, Nov. 4 – International Business Machines Corp. is planning to price a benchmark offering of seven-year notes (Aa3/AA-/A+) on Wednesday, according to a market source and a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Price talk is set in the range of 105 basis points to 110 bps over Treasuries.

Goldman Sachs & Co., RBC Capital Markets LLC, Santander and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The information technology and computer company is based in Armonk, N.Y.
