New Issue: IBM prices $3 billion 10-year 5.7% notes at Treasuries plus 139 bps

Omaha, Sept. 11 - IBM Corp. priced $3 billion of 10-year 5.7% notes Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 139 basis points, an informed source said.

The notes (A1/A+/A+) have a price of 99.654 with a yield of 5.746%. Price talk was in the 140 bps area, the source said.

Bookrunners were Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Investment Bank.

The computer technology and consulting corporation is based in Armonk, N.Y.
