IBM plans notes through eight bookrunners to fund corporate purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 30 – International Business Machines Corp. is planning to price an offering of dollar-denominated notes, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.
BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Santander Investment Securities Inc., SG Americas Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The information technology and computer company is based in Armonk, N.Y.
