World Bank buys back Rs. 300 million of dollar-settled notes due 2024

New York, Oct. 27 – International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, or World Bank, repurchased Rs. 300 million of its Rs. 3.15 billion 4.65% notes payable in dollars due Oct. 16, 2024 (ISIN: XS1697569298).

The repurchased notes, payable in $4,653,817.99, will be retired on Oct. 28, according to a notice.

World Bank offers loans to developing countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
