World Bank plans to sell 10-year notes, begins stabilization period

Olympia, Wash., May 7 – International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) plans to sell notes due May 14, 2030, according to a stabilization notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the stabilization coordinator. The stabilization managers are BofA Securities, Nomura and RBC Capital Markets.

The stabilization period began on Thursday and will end on June 7.

The global development financing cooperative is based in Washington, D.C.
