International Aluminum unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Jan. 15 - International Aluminum Corp.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members include James C. Shevlet Jr. of Carlyle Mezzanine Partners, LP of Los Angeles; Joseph Carrabino Jr. of AEA Mezzanine Funding B LLC of Stamford, Conn.; and Paul Fickbohm of Southeastern Extrusion & Tool, Inc. of Florence, Ala.

International Aluminum, a Monterey Park, Calif., manufacturer of diversified lines of aluminum and vinyl products, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 4. Its case number is 10-1003.
