Moody's rates Intermountain Power, Utah, bonds A1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a credit rating of A1 with a stable outlook to the Intermountain Power Agency, Utah's $450 million of series 2008A subordinate power supply revenue refunding bonds.

The bonds are expected to price in late April.

Moody's also said it affirmed the Aa3 rating on the agency's $1,230,360,000 of senior-lien bonds and the A1 rating on the agency's outstanding subordinate-lien bonds.
