American Physicians redeems $1 million in 3% preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., March 12 - American Physicians Service Group, Inc. said it authorized the redemption of $1 million of its 3% preferred shares.

American Physicians is an insurance and financial services firm based in Austin, Texas.
