Kazakhstan's Intergaz plans $150 million five-year eurobond

New York, July 14 - Intergaz Central Asia (Ba2/BB) plans to issue a $150 million five-year eurobond, according to a market source.

ABN Amro and JP Morgan are running the Regulation S deal.

Intergaz Central Asia is part of Kazakhstan's state oil and gas holding KazMunaiGas.
