Kazakhstan’s Intergas tenders for $270 million of 6 3/8% notes

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 22 – JSC Intergas Central Asia said it began a tender offer for up to $270 million of its 6 3/8% senior notes due 2017.

The total of the outstanding notes is $540 million, according to a notice distributed by the London Stock Exchange.

The purchase price will be $1,040 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes plus accrued interest to but excluding the settlement date.

The total includes a premium of $20 for each $1,000 of principal amount for those who tender by the early deadline of 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 4.

The deadline to participate in the offer is expected to be on or about Nov. 20.
