India's Interface Financial considers plans to issue convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., May 27 - Interface Financial Services Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider a proposal to issue foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on June 7.

The company also is considering issuing Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

The share broking company is based in Ahmedabad, India.
