Moody's rates InterDent notes B3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of B3 to InterDent Service Corp.'s proposed $80 million senior secured notes.

Moody's also assigned a senior implied rating of B3 and a senior unsecured issuer rating of Caa1 to InterDent. The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the rating assignment reflects the company's recent emergence from Chapter 11, low quality asset base, third-party payer reimbursement risk, geographic concentration, high leverage, low margins, lack of control over the practice of dentistry of its affiliated dental practices and risks inherent in its de novo development strategy.
