Intercorp Peru gives notice of redemption for 5 7/8% notes due 2025

Chicago, Aug. 1 – Intercorp Peru Ltd. issued a notice of full redemption for all of its remaining 5 7/8% notes after the recent conclusion of its tender offer for the same series, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 3 for $1,043.36 per $1,000 principal amount of notes plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date of $3.427083 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. The exact redemption price will be calculated three business days prior to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is working as trustee, registrar, paying agent and transfer agent.

None of the notes will remain outstanding upon redemption.
