Intercontinental Exchange to price senior notes in two tranches

Los Angeles, May 18 – Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is planning a two-part offering of senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the underwriters.

Proceeds will be used to fund the redemption of the company’s $1.25 billion 2.75% senior notes due 2020 and to pay down a portion of its outstanding commercial paper.

Based in Atlanta, Intercontinental Exchange operates exchanges, clearing houses and listings venues and provides data services for commodity, fixed-income and equity markets.
