Chicago, Nov. 30 – Interconexion Electrica (ISA) sold $330 million of 3.825% senior notes due 2033 (Baa2//BBB), according to multiple notices.
The offer was more than 4.3 times oversubscribed.
Any early redemption of the notes would have the notes redeemed at par plus a make-whole premium of Treasuries plus 35 basis points until Aug. 26, 2033 when the notes can be redeemed at par.
BofA Securities, Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. led the Rule 144A and Regulation S sale.
Proceeds will be used for an internal and external debt replacement operation.
Interconexion Electrica transmits high voltage electricity within the national network in Colombia.
