Interactive Data selling $350 million PIK toggle notes on Thursday

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 13 - Igloo Holdings Corp. (Interactive Data Corp.) plans to sell a $350 million issue of senior PIK toggle notes due 2017 on Thursday, a market source said.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is among the dealers on the private placement.

Proceeds, as well as cash on hand from Interactive Data, will be used to pay a dividend to shareholders and a distribution to optionholders.

Igloo is the Bedford, Mass.-based holding company of U.S.-based financial information provider Interactive Data.
