Interactive Brokers shareholder reports 12.13% ownership interest

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 24 - A group of Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. investors led by TCV VI, LP bought 269,354 shares of the company's stock from Aug. 4 to Aug. 6 for $18.77 to $19.36 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

TCV beneficially owns 5 million shares, or 12.13%, of the Greenwich, Conn., automated electronic market maker and broker's outstanding stock.
