Malibu Partners continues to invest in Inter-Atlantic Financial

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 8 - Inter-Atlantic Financial, Inc. investors Malibu Partners LLC and Kenneth Abdalla increased their stake in the company to 17.9% with the purchase of 1,299,980 shares.

The shares were purchased between Aug. 8 and Oct. 6 for $7.16 to $7.61 each.

According to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the investors beneficially own 1,943,780 shares of the company's common stock.

Inter-Atlantic Financial is a blank-check company based in New York that intends to acquire an operating business in the financial services industry.
