New Issue: Inter-American Investment prices $400 million three-year floaters at Libor plus 14 bps

Virginia Beach, Sept. 24 – The Inter-American Investment Corp. priced $400 million of three-year floating-rate notes on Wednesday at par to yield Libor plus 14 basis points, a market source said.
Bookrunners were Daiwa Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
