New Issue: IADB sells R$68.51 million 4.45% three-year notes payable in yen

New York, Aug. 29 – Inter-American Development Bank has issued R$68.51 million of 4.45% notes due Aug. 25, 2022 at 99.98 under its global debt program.

The series 722 notes are payable in Japanese yen, according to a notice.

The notes were not syndicated and will not be listed, and Nomura International plc is the transaction’s dealer.

The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
