New York, Aug. 9 – Inter-American Development Bank priced Rp. 15.5 billion three-year notes at 86.3. The notes are payable in Japanese yen, according to a regulatory release.
The amortizing yield for the zero-coupon notes will be 5.029%.
The issue price will be payable in the amount of ¥102,651,261 at the agreed rate of ¥0.007674 per rupiah.
HSBC Bank plc was bookrunner of the issue, which will not be listed.
The proceeds will be allocated to eligible projects within the fields of education, youth and employment.
The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
