Morgantown, W.Va., June 14 – Inter-American Development Bank issued Rp 200 billion of additional 7 7/8% notes due March 14, 2023 on Monday, according to a notice.
The series 553, tranche 14 notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing 13 tranches of 7 7/8% notes due 2023 issued between March 14, 2016 and May 22, 2019.
The latest add-on was priced at 100.75 plus 88 days’ accrued interest.
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the dealer.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
