IADB markets 10-year benchmark notes at mid-swaps plus 16 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., June 11 – Inter-American Development Bank (Aaa/AAA) plans to price a benchmark-sized offering of 10-year global notes on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The notes due June 18, 2029 were initially talked to price in the mid-swaps plus 16 basis points area.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
