New York, Sept. 20 – Inter-American Development Bank has priced a £150 million tap of its Securities and Exchange Commission-exempt 1¼% notes due 2023 at 105.161, or a yield spread of Gilts plus 31 basis points, according to a syndicate source on Thursday.
The issue size now stands at £775 million.
HSBC, JPMorgan and RBC Capital Markets led the deal.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
