IADB talks five-year global notes at mid-swaps plus 15 bps, pricing Wednesday

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 10 – Inter-American Development Bank is talking an offering of dollar-denominated benchmark global notes due Jan. 18, 2023 at mid-swaps plus 15 basis points, according to a market source.
The notes were slated to price Wednesday, according to an announcement.
Toronto-Dominion Bank is the stabilization coordinator and the stabilization managers are BMO Capital Markets Corp., BofA Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets Corp.
The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
