Inter-American Development Bank to price five-year benchmark notes; talk mid-swaps plus 13 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 6 – Inter-American Development Bank (Aaa/AAA/AAA) intends to conduct a U.S. dollar-denominated sale of fixed-rate global benchmark notes due Sept. 14, 2022, according to a market source.

Pricing is expected in the mid-swaps plus 13 bps area.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Nomura are the lead managers for the issue.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
