New Issue: Inter-American Bank prices $2.3 billion 10-year global notes at 21.3 bps spread

Tupelo, Miss., June 28 – Inter-American Development Bank (Aaa/AAA/) sold $2.3 billion of 2.375% global notes due July 7, 2027 on Wednesday at 99.523 to yield a spread of Treasuries plus 21.3 basis points, or mid-swaps plus 24 bps, according to a market source and a news release.

The notes were talked to price in the mid-swaps plus 27 bps area.

TD Securities (USA) LLC, Barclays and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. were the lead managers.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
