New Issue: IADB sells $3 billion 2.125% five-year notes at 28.2 bps over mid-swaps

Eureka Springs, Ark., Jan. 10 – Inter-American Development Bank sold $3 billion of 2.125% five-year global notes at mid-swaps plus 28.2 basis points on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The notes due Jan. 18, 2022 priced softer than guidance.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., BofA Merrill Lynch, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the managers.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
