New Issue: Inter-American Development Bank Ps. 2.5 billion 10-year bonds yield 8.06%

New York, Jan. 20 - Inter-American Development Bank (Aaa/AAA) sold Ps. 2.5 billion of 10-year bonds (Aaa/AAA) at 99.574 with an 8% coupon to yield 8.06%, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse was the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

The issuer is a regional development bank, which provides multilateral financing to Latin America and the Caribbean.
