New Issue: IADB sells $1 billion 3% notes due 2023 at mid-swaps plus 23 bps

Virginia Beach, Sept. 27 - Inter-American Development Bank priced $1 billion of 3% notes due Oct. 4, 2023 on Friday with a spread of mid-swaps plus 23 basis points, an informed source said.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC were the joint bookrunners.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
