New Issue: Inter-American Development Bank sells 168.5 billion Colombian pesos seven-year notes

New York, March 11 - The Inter-American Development Bank said it issued 168.5 billion Colombian pesos of seven-year notes on Thursday as part of its global debt program.

The issue's coupon is the Colombian consumer price index plus 395 basis points.

The notes were issued in pesos and will be repaid in dollars.

The principal amount amortizes equally on each coupon payment date.

Citigroup managed the sale.

IADB is a regional development bank in Latin America and the Caribbean.
