IADB plans to repurchase Ps. 1 million of its 8.67% notes on April 27

Minneapolis, April 17 - Inter-American Development Bank plans to repurchase Ps. 1 million of its 8.67% notes due Oct. 7, 2015, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed on April 27. Following the transaction, Ps. 2 million of notes will remain outstanding.

All of the redeemed notes will be canceled.

IADB is a regional development bank in Latin America and the Caribbean. It is based in Washington, D.C.
