New Issue: IADB prices Mexican Ps. 1 billion global notes to yield 8.68%

Pittsburgh, Nov. 16 -Inter-American Development Bank sold Mexican Ps. 1 billion of series 98 part 2 global notes due Oct. 7, 2015 under the second issue of the notes at a placement price of Mexican Ps. 1,010.20 to yield 8.68%, according to a company news release.

The face value of the notes is Mexican Ps. 1,000.

The global agent is Citibank, NA (London). The international placement agent is HSBC Bank plc. The placement agent in Mexico is HSBC Casa de Bolsa, SA de CV, Group Financiero HSBC.

IADB is a Washington, D.C.-based regional development bank with members in Latin America and the Caribbean.
