New York, Dec. 16 - Inter-American Development Bank reopened its issue of 1.375% global notes due 2016 to add $250 million, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.
The notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) were priced at 100.933and are non-callable.
Total issuance is $2.7 billion, including $2.25 billion issued on Oct. 18 and $200 million issued on Dec. 13.
HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. was the bookrunner for the trade.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
