Inter-American Development Bank plans to issue five-year notes

By Andrea Heisinger

New York, April 13 - The Inter-American Development Bank announced a sale of AAA-rated five-year bonds early Monday, but the deal appeared not to have priced about an hour after the market close, a syndicate source said.

"I am not seeing any terms," he said, adding that it appears to be pricing Tuesday.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and RBS Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

The bank promotes development in Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
