IADB plans benchmark three-year global notes; pricing Wednesday

New York, Oct. 13 - Inter-American Development Bank announced a benchmark offering of three-year global notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) on Tuesday, with pricing expected on Wednesday, a source away from the deal said.

The notes are talked at mid-swaps minus 10 basis points.

Bookrunners are Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities, HSBC Securities and Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc.

The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
